Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2 in 1981) is an South African model, actress and television personality. Brandt made her debut in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut came with her part as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. In the last decade the actress has been featured in a ton of TV shows including the likes of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen on the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer, which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born in Cape Town, South Africa. She moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her family when she was in her twenties. The path she took to her career started as model for print ads and commercial advertisements. She was employed as an IT recruiting consultant as well as in retail, before becoming a well-known fashion model. In 2009, she got her first part as Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. in 2021, her first significant role was as Naevia the slave girl in the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. Naevia's role is also reprised by her on the Spartacus miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star in three separate TV shows that included Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010) as well as Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as the bounty hunter in the popular Netflix show Lucifer. This happens to be her most memorable role so far. The series stars Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B.
